Angels Game with Skifter's

Lance & Erin treated us to an Angels game for our graduation gift. We had a great time getting to hang out with them before we move.
Erin-this one didn't turn out so bad!

Spending Time with Family

We are trying to spend time with family before we left. We got to hang out with Andrew's sister, Cara's family this last week.

This is how Jackson felt about me at the beginning of the evening.

But after a game of Hungry Hippos we were friends

Our Graduation Celebration Trip

We got to get away for a few days in Laguna Beach. It was so fun to get a little break before all the business of moving.

The Packing Continues...

This was my view from our couch as I was eating lunch. How come it takes so many boxes to move???

Our New Place

Thank you everyone for praying for us to find a place up in Redding. The Lord was gracious and provided a place that we are very excited about. The trip had its ups and downs but as you can see Andrew was always able to make me laugh. This is the new house. It is a duplex and we are on the left side.
Us in our new place.

This is where you will come to visit us!

We are so happy to have that all squared away now let the packing begin!

He's Finished!

We got to celebrate last night that Andrew is officially done with seminary. He survived his last two finals! We are overwhelmed by God's goodness in allowing Andrew to get through seminary and to finish well.

I am so proud of you honey!

Saying Goodbye to Working Full-Time at Grace

Cinco de Mayo was celebrated in our house this year but for a different reason. It was my last day at work! It was an exciting day spending time with some of the secretaries I have been working with for the last 4 years and wrapping everything up.
I was so overwhelmed the whole day by God's kindness. He graciously allowed me to work to put Andrew through seminary and I know I was only able to do it by God's strength because it was hard to keep up with sometimes. He allowed me to work with great people, learn a lot about different ministries, and to learn to rely on Him daily. He also gave me a great encouraging husband that lovingly supported me the whole way through.
It still has not hit me that I get to be a full-time wife yet, but I think it will sink in soon! He is good and has given me the desire of my heart.

Lunch with the secretaries at Aroma Cafe-so good! Thanks ladies for spending time with me on my last day!

My workspace-call me crazy for taking this picture but I always try to take pictures that I think it would be fun to show our kids some day. I won't miss the pink cabinets!

The Packing Has Begun

On Saturday I started packing! I started with our books since that will be on of the biggest projects. It's sad to say but only after 2 hours of packing-I was tired! We have a long way to go but I thought it would be fun to blog pictures of the whole process. We'll see how long it will last! I know it might get way too busy.

Here's our beginning pictures!
